Nîmes 2025: Uukha unveils U5 range and Xpro3 riser
In January in Nîmes, Uukha opened a new chapter in its history with the official launch of the 5th generation of Uukha carbon limbs: U5 range, alongside new Xpro3 riser.
The result of several years of research and development, this major evolution was designed to push the limits even further in terms of speed, stability, smoothness, and precision, while preserving what defines Uukha’s DNA: shooting comfort and the archer’s enjoyment.
First U5 Tests: gear that wins everyone over
February - March: arrival in stores and first field feedback
From the very first deliveries and real-world testing, U5 limbs made a strong impression on shooting lines everywhere.
Archers already familiar with the brand immediately noticed an improvement in the draw force curve, with new and even better sensations.
Meanwhile, even the most skeptical shooters acknowledged the mechanical advancements and quickly embraced this new generation.
Very quickly, one conclusion became clear: U5 limbs are setting a new benchmark in the high-performance limb market, once again confirming Uukha’s position in the world of archery.
Outdoor Season: Unlocking Full Potential
April–May: performance and shooting mastery
As the outdoor season began, those initial impressions were fully confirmed.
U5 limbs retain the smoothness and speed that are part of Uukha’s DNA, while taking a significant step forward thanks to:
- a new draw force curve,
- increased torsional stiffness,
- enhanced lateral stability.
All of this means less fatigue, more comfort, greater precision, and better results arrow after arrow.
These characteristics give archers total control of their shot, regardless of their level or discipline.
At Uukha, the goal remains unchanged: placing pleasure of shooting at the heart of every innovation.
An outstanding international outdoor season for Uukha !
June to October: records, titles, and podiums
Throughout the international season, U5 range shone at the highest level, across all disciplines and major competitions.
Among the standout results:
- World and European records set by Ollie Hicks and Ludvig Rohlin
- Double gold medal at Nove Mesto for Guillaume Toucoullet
- Chengdu World Games: a perfect record with 2 gold medals out of 2 events
- Remarkable performances by Denisa Hurban Baránková (from rank 28 to 14th in the world, women’s recurve, thanks Xpro3 and Omega)
- International podium finishes for Alicia Baumert in women’s barebow
Added to this are numerous national and European podiums, in both recurve and barebow, achieved by the archers of Team Uukha.
Uukha in 2025: growth, global presence, and commitment
The year 2025 also marked a major milestone in the brand’s development:
- +40% increase in full-time staff at the Uukha workshop in La Rochelle,
- A presence in over 170 stores across 40 countries,
- More than 20 in-store events organized in France and across Europe,
- An international team of around 60 ambassadors, from diverse backgrounds, all driven by the same passion for archery.
- The brand is also present at World Archery Excellence Center (WAEC) for testing.
