Barebow World Record, titles and podiums: Team Uukha keeps delivering
Another World Record for Ollie!
For the past two seasons, Ollie Hicks has been delivering outstanding performances with his Omega limbs!
After an incredible European Outdoor Championships and a superb British National Tour, Ollie has now set another U21 Barebow World Record.
In the Double 50m Round, he scored an impressive 1,328 points (668 + 660), improving on his own World Record, which he had already broken last year!
Congratulations, Ollie!
(We'll see Ollie again at the end of September at the 3D and Field World Championships in Yankton, USA.)
Two Titles and a 5th Place Across the Atlantic
There was plenty of action in the United States and Canada for our ambassadors too.
First stop, the United States...
Alex De Vera was among the eight archers who qualified for the USAT Series Finals and Target Nationals.
After the final matches, Alex secured an excellent 5th place!
(We'll also be following Alex in Yankton, where he will compete at the Field Archery World Championships.)
It was also a fantastic weekend for Medina Otajagic, our young American ambassador.
After taking 3rd place at the USAT Series Finals and Target Nationals, Medina went on to win gold, becoming the 2026 US Open Senior Women's Barebow Champion after defeating Ava Jones 6–0 in the final!

In Canada
Alexandre Desemery travelled to Canada, where he claimed the title of Canadian Field Archery Champion.
A fantastic performance from our archer, who had only trained on a field course for a few days before making the trip!

From Field to 3D: time for the French 3D Championships!
Our French ambassadors were once again out in force, with 11 Team Uukha archers competing.
Between podium finishes and qualification for the 3D World Championships in Yankton, the weekend certainly lived up to expectations!
