Behind the scenes of Xpro3: the lightest carbon riser on the market
Xpro3 riser is now one of the lightest on the market - weighing just 1125g for the 25" version and 1225g for the 27".
Made from monolithic carbon with 100% carbon fiber throughout, we’ve achieved a riser that is perfectly balanced, lightweight, torsionally stiff, and offers outstanding vibration absorption.
Precision and comfort - right in the palm of your hand!
Take a look behind the scenes of how it’s made…
CNC Cutting
The first essential step: preparing all the carbon parts needed to assemble the riser.
Molding and demolding
Molding of riser is done entirely by hand and requires a great deal of time, care, and precision.
Just one mistake - one piece slightly out of place - and the whole process has to start over.
Once timing of the process has been followed to the letter, riser can be removed from mold.
It’s still in its raw state, and ready to move on to the next steps.
Finishing stages
This is the longest part of Xpro3 riser manufacturing process - and every finishing operation is also done by hand in our workshop.
It all starts with sanding, to remove any surface imperfections left from molding.
Then come the next steps: drilling, carried out by one of our local partners near workshop, followed by priming, sticker placement, varnishing, and finally the installation of screws and inserts.
And finally - after one last visual inspection to ensure every product meets our high standards - it’s time for boxing and shipping to archery shops, all done right here at our facility in La Rochelle.
Producing a high-performance product like this takes rigor and precision on our end - and a bit of patience on yours.
But in the end, the result is absolutely worth it!
